Art Stars 2011 – Last day for entries

The team here are slightly upset we can’t get in on this one as the prize is something special that all of us would love. A commission from Ralph Lauren and a mentorship with one of Europe’s hottest artists. That sounds to us like the start of something beautiful. Oh,  and there’s €1000 to make it even sweeter.

The work will be judged by Cedar Lewishon, Francesca Gavin, and Pedro Alonzo who between them have curated exhibitions for: Tate Modern, Tate Britain, ICA Boston, Soho house and MU (Eindhoven).  So they know a thing or two.

But the real treat will be spending a week with one of 2010′s Art Star creators, in their studio and learning directly from Europe’s top artists. Who wouldn’t want to be involved?
